Reminds me of a game...

This game plays a lot like Tales From Space - About A Blob for PS3. However, there are a lot more levels and its cheaper, so if you want a game similar to that on iOS, by all means pick this wonderful game up. Its a great value for $3 and it even has controller support. The demo stage is also lengthy, so it gives you a fair sample of the game before you buy. The graphics are colorful and the game runs quickly - allowing you to quickly gobble anything in your path. Theres a wide variety of music in this game and the soundtrack is pretty good.
